The existing MMP system makes it impossible for voters to get rid of MPs who shelter on party lists. Party lists should be decided by the voter and not by the party.This could be achieved by making all MPs stand in an electorate.The lists for each party would be compiled from polling results of individual unsuccessful candidates.
