Thresholds should increase to 7.5% of party votes. This eliminates the very minor parties whose only influence is achieved by siding with a major party.
Candidates should not be able to stand for an electorate and be on a party list. This is like double dipping. Instead a candidate should be taking risk.
Voters should be able to rank the order of candidates on a list.
Electorate seats are more important so should stand if a party wins more than it would get under its share of the party vore.
