I think that the ability to bypass the 5% threshold with an elected geographic MP has caused a lot of the gaming that has occurred in the previous few elections. I definetly thnk this rule should be removed.

I consider that the 5% threshold is arbitrary, and should be removed or considerably reduced. If 2% or 1% of the population want a special representative strongly enough to elect them, then that's fine in my view, and the house will need to work within those constraints. I recognise that this might lead to some interesting single issue candidates - bring it on!

I don't like overhang. It should be scrapped entirely.
