The basis for threshold to list MP.

This should be down to 3%, maybe even 2%, but you should not qualify for list MP just because you win an electorate MP, in Germany where MMP is from the limit is lower then here, I think having only 1% is too small- There 2& would be ok, and also 3%, there is a limit what one candidate can do in parliament, the party need to have some candidates coming in together, and as such I think between 2 and 3% would be a fair goal to come in. Further I would reduce the number of MP from seats, to 40. 20 in each Island. It is list seats that create democracy, I think therefore that reducing the number of MP in seats and increasing the number of list MP is the way to go. Do not let people alter the order of list MP
