Candidates should stand either for : electorate or list, they should not have dual standings as this is double dipping to me.
Electorate candidates if they lose, miss out to the list candidates who could not stand for electorate seat.
If they believe in themselves and know their electorate, they should only stand for the electorate, and if they miss, it goes to the list member to stand.
so one or the other NO DOUBLE DIPPING- electorate or mmp.
