Should the 5% threshold be kept or changed? Why? If you recommend change, what should it be and why?:
20% should be the threshold anything less is just a rorting of the system. Anyone with a substantial community [family] numbers of contacts can easily brouch the 5% threshold.

Any person elected to Parliment should have some resposiblilty to an electorate.
In an election, should voters be able to alter the order of candidates from the list order decided by political parties?:
What should happen when a party wins more electorate seats than it would be entitled to under its share of the party vote?:
It should have the number of list seats reduced so all electorate members have a seat
Is this a problem, and what should be done to fix it?:
Yes, there should always be at least 80% electorate seats and no more than 20% list seats
